When a laser pulse is irradiated onto a small cuvette containing gold nanoparticles, bubbles are generated. In addition to those that appear immediately due to boiling, some bubbles emerge with a delay of several tens of microseconds. These delayed bubbles are assumed to be cavitation bubbles caused by pressure waves inside the cuvette. The influence of gold nanoparticles heated along the laser path is also observed. It looks almost as if they are dancing.
