When a droplet impacts a bath or wet surface, it shows physics that we often take for granted and creates a beautiful splash. Our video attempts to highlight both of these aspects, showing the aesthetics of droplets impacting various baths, and emphasizing the physics of jet and crown formation. We explore how the droplet fluid and the bath fluid, switching from Newtonian to viscoelastic, can drastically affect the splash behavior. Have a splashing good time!
