A new compressible immersed boundary solver ViCAS3D (Viscous Cartesian All-Speed code for 3D flows) is used to simulate two-dimensional supersonic flow over an array of five circular cylinders. Interactions between shock waves and shed vortices are visualized by numerical Schlieren and vorticity contours.
