We propose a novel method that employs ultrasound-driven microbubble streaming to automatically position individual microparticles of arbitrary size in microchannels in live mode. The control system is designed to automatically detect, track and position individual particles across the entire width of the microchannels. This technique can be universally applied to all areas of microfluidics, regardless of the size, shape, density, and compressibility of the particles.
