Inspired by Chihuly's blown glass scuplting and art, we adapt a surface flow visualization technique to artistically visualize the shear stress map arising from a fluid impinging on a surface. By operating drone rotors close to a prepared multi-colored sand surface we are able to visualize the impact of drones flying in proximity to the ground.
