V0083: Numerical Simulations of Plume and Pool Fire Instabilities using Adaptive Mesh Refinement

Visualizations from numerical simulations (large eddy and direct numerical simulations) are shown for a one-meter diameter methane pool fire and a one-meter diameter helium plume.  These flows are both buoyancy dominated and exhibit similar instabilities and behavior.
