High speed imaging of honey and silicone oils with transient flow rates between 0.2 mL/s and 1.0 mL/s from a ~1mm orifice at a various heights. Digital image processing is shown of high speed video. This video shows transition between inertial and gravitational flow regimes. Also, perturbations are shown to induce inertial-gravitational flow.
