We present a new streaming-like instability, triggered by electrohydrodynamic coupling at a millimeter size drop interface. "Equatorial-streaming" proceeeds via emission of micrometric saturn-like rings in the drop equatorial plane. The rings later destabilize in a chain of monodisperse droplets following Plateau-Rayleigh instability. This process, beyond its geometrical elegance could be of interests for new "Electroemulsification" methods.
