This is Toepler visualization of a supersonic jet flowing out of a special type of nozzle - the so-called dynamic emitter. The dynamic emitter is a nozzle with a disposed along its axis central cone which can move up or down. It is clearly seen from the video that the structure of the jet is very unusual. We can regulate it by moving the central cone. This phenomena is still in the research process.
