P0019: Drop fragmentation by laser-induced cavitation

The images show the initial fragmentation of a water when it is hit by a laser pulse (6ns duration); the study of drop atomization\fragmentation has been studied in the past textensively since it is of interest in laser beam propagation in the atmosphere; this topic is also relevant for in-situ analysis of combustion products, a great concern due to its ecological implications
